Special Events

• 1st Tuesday, February, appoint a Nominating Committee to compile a slate of officers and directors for the upcoming year.
• February Board Meeting the Nominating Committee will report slate and request nominations from the floor.
• 1st Tuesday in March, conduct the election of Officers and Directors for the upcoming year at this meeting.
• 4th Tuesday in March, business meeting, seek nominations for the Melvin Jones, Lion of the Year, and Edward Dalstrom Awards.
• 1st Tuesday in April, vote on the Melvin Jones, Lion of the Year, and Edward Dalstrom Awards.
• 4th Tuesday in June, Spouses Night, Officers and directors will be installed during the Annual Meeting.

Induction of new members

• New members will be inducted at business meetings each month.

Board meeting are scheduled for the Thursday preceding the last Tuesday (business meeting) of each month. Board meetings are at 11:30 in a location announced by the President.
